Sales Support Supervisor

About the role

TotalEnergies Marketing (Cambodia) is looking for a Sales Support Supervisor in Phnom Penh. The role supports efficient sales operations and delivers a high level of customer service by coordinating sales orders, product delivery, pricing and related activities with customers and cross-functional teams. It calls for strong coordination, problem-solving and communication skills, and hands-on experience using SAP.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily sales support and order management activities.
• Manage and follow up sales orders, pricing conditions and related transactions in SAP.
• Coordinate with customers and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and service delivery.
• Ensure accurate and timely order processing and support month-end activities.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process and service improvement.
• Support business improvement, digitalization and operational excellence initiatives.
• Act as a key user for relevant SAP SD and MM processes.
• Coach and support team members to strengthen performance, collaboration and customer service.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in sales support, logistics operations, order management or a similar environment.
• Good command of written and spoken English for business communication.
• Fluent Khmer with strong communication skills for interaction with local customers.
• Customer-focused and able to collaborate across functions; leadership or team supervision experience is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands-on experience with SAP, preferably SAP SD and/or MM modules.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
