Sales Manager - Logistics & Purchasing

About the role

A dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager is sought to lead the sales team, drive business development and expand the company's market presence in Cambodia. The role suits a sales leader with a strong background in logistics or trading and a proven track record of hitting targets. The position is based in Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed company sales targets.
• Drive B2B business development by identifying new market opportunities and building strong corporate partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the logistics, distribution and FMCG sectors.
• Negotiate contracts, close high-value deals and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
• Analyse market trends and sales performance data to make informed, strategic decisions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of solid sales experience, including at least 2-3 years in a Sales Manager or leadership role.
• Proven background in logistics, transportation, distribution, trading, FMCG or freight forwarding.
• Strong ability to inspire, manage and drive a team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• An existing B2B customer network in Cambodia is highly preferred.

What we offer

• Salary range of $2,000 - $2,500, commensurate with experience.
• Working days Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
• Public holidays compliant with Cambodia Labor Law.
