Sales Manager

About the role

The Peninsula Phnom Penh is seeking a full‑time Sales Manager to drive corporate, leisure and group business. Based on‑site, you will build strong client relationships and identify new sales opportunities in both local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and manage corporate, leisure and group bookings.
• Conduct sales calls, client visits and prepare proposals and contracts.
• Maintain and grow client accounts while coordinating with reservations, marketing and operations teams.
• Monitor market trends, produce regular sales reports and forecasts.
• Develop promotional packages and represent the hotel at events and networking opportunities.

Required profile

• Strong sales and account‑management experience, including lead generation, negotiation and closing.
• Background in hospitality or hotel sales with the ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset to interpret market data and support revenue strategies.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Fluency in English; Khmer or additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Phnom Penh with a guest‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience creating presentations with Microsoft PowerPoint.
