Sales Executive – Manage Key Accounts (4 Openings)

About the role

We are looking for dynamic Sales Executives to manage key accounts, drive distribution, and expand our presence in the FMCG market. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of key accounts and serve as the main client liaison.
• Achieve sales distribution targets and meet objectives set for each account.
• Stay informed on new product features and launches.
• Identify and develop new account opportunities to increase sales.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Implement sales plans aligned with brand and channel strategies.
• Negotiate agreements, resolve issues, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Prepare market analysis and sales reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with an FMCG company.
• Experience in multiple account management and trade research.
