About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can communicate fluently in Khmer and Chinese to drive our cement product sales in Cambodia. The role is based in Phnom Penh and involves building relationships with Chinese‑speaking customers, managing the full sales cycle and supporting regional growth.
Key responsibilities
- Expand sales of company cement products to Chinese customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage the sales process from quotation through billing.
- Visit customers, maintain relationships and implement the company’s CRM program.
- Analyze business performance to identify opportunities for scaling up and improving sales efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage Chinese‑speaking clients.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to spot growth opportunities.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
- Willingness to travel to provincial locations as needed.
- Fluency in Chinese is mandatory.
