Media Sales Manager

About the role

The Media Sales Manager will drive new business and revenue growth for a fast‑growing Cambodian creative agency and production house. Working closely with senior leadership and creative teams, the role focuses on identifying client needs, proposing integrated media solutions, and turning opportunities into long‑term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new clients across relevant industries, building a healthy pipeline of short‑ and long‑term opportunities.
• Consult with prospects to understand marketing objectives and recommend tailored creative, digital, KOL, and production solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and quotations, leading negotiations within approved pricing and terms.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships, upselling and cross‑selling services to increase account value.
• Track leads, meetings, proposals and revenue forecasts, delivering weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Coordinate internally with Creative, Strategy, Production, Finance and Client Service teams to ensure accurate brief hand‑overs and commercial discipline.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, client servicing or media sales within an advertising, creative, digital or production agency.
• Strong understanding of advertising campaigns, digital content, social media, KOL marketing and video production.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills with senior brand decision‑makers.
• Commercially minded with the ability to manage pricing, budgets and profitability.
• Proactive, organized and able to handle multiple leads and proposals simultaneously.
