Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive the promotion and sale of residential units for the Vue Aston condominium project in Phnom Penh. You will guide prospective buyers from first contact through to contract signing, ensuring a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
• Conduct property tours and present project features and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate sales records and update the CRM system.
• Follow up with prospects, negotiate terms and close sales.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales events and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in real‑estate, property consulting or high‑end residential projects.
• Strong client relationship and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Khmer or Chinese is a plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales targets and analyse market trends.
• Professional appearance and interpersonal skills for on‑site client meetings and events.
