Sales Advisor – SME & Corporate (Internet Services)

About the role

Online (COGETEL Ltd.) is seeking a dynamic Sales Advisor to expand its internet service portfolio among SME, corporate and enterprise customers. You will be responsible for generating new business, presenting tailored solutions, and building long‑term relationships that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new customers through cold calls, on‑site visits and personal pipeline management to achieve monthly targets.
• Analyse client requirements, prepare customised ISP proposals and accurate quotations.
• Lead negotiations, address technical objections and close service agreements.
• Coordinate with Technical and Support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and proper documentation.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour to refine sales strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• At least 1 year of B2B or corporate sales experience.
• Strong understanding of the full sales cycle and closing techniques.
• Willingness to travel within Phnom Penh for client meetings.
