About the role
Amrita is looking for a Research Analyst to join its Investment Research Team within Business Development in Phnom Penh. Reporting to the Research Manager, you will support the evaluation of investment opportunities across the FMCG sector.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market research on food and FMCG sectors in Cambodia and the region to identify trends and opportunities.
- Develop financial models, valuations and scenario analyses to assess project feasibility and investment returns.
- Prepare pitch decks, investment memoranda and feasibility summaries for management, the Board and partners.
- Monitor the performance of investment and development projects and produce quarterly updates.
Required profile
- Degree in finance, economics, business or a related field with a strong academic record.
- At least two years of experience in finance, investment research, investment banking or buy‑side roles.
- Self‑motivated with strong quantitative and analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese is a plus.

- Advanced Excel for financial modelling and valuation.
