Representative Field Sales

About the role

The Representative, Field Sales drives DKSH's revenue growth in Cambodia by executing sales and promotional programs across assigned territories. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and delivering consistent sales results in the FMCG sector.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for assigned businesses and territories by implementing structured action plans, including regular customer calls, visits, and order taking through the Echo‑plus platform.
• Execute comprehensive in‑store sales activities such as order management, POSM deployment (price tags, shelf talkers, wobblers), display set‑ups, and merchandising.
• Ensure product availability at all outlets by maintaining required SKUs and driving deployment to maximize shelf presence.
• Record and maintain accurate sales data to support performance reporting and business tracking.
• Conduct stock freshness checks using FIFO to uphold product quality and compliance at the point of sale.
• Track and collect customer payments in a timely manner while driving continuous improvement in sales processes and customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong customer and dealer relationships, addressing complaints and issues promptly.
• Monitor competitor activities and report insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies, Marketing, Economics or a related discipline.
• One to two years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of the FMCG industry, market, competitors and customers.
• Familiarity with the assigned territories, products and services with strong selling skills.
• Fluency in the local language; proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Hands‑on field experience with a results‑driven and customer‑focused approach.
