Remote Healthcare Attorney – Project-Based (10 openings)

About the role

This is a remote, project‑based contract opportunity for experienced U.S. healthcare attorneys. The engagement involves ten openings, each compensated between $140 and $400 per hour, to support the development and evaluation of next‑generation AI systems.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate legal documents related to healthcare regulations and compliance.
• Analyze complex statutes such as HIPAA, Stark Law, and the Anti‑Kickback Statute.
• Draft, review, and refine contract provisions to align with U.S. healthcare regulatory requirements.
• Identify potential compliance risks in legal scenarios and explain regulatory concerns.
• Provide detailed expert commentary to improve AI‑generated legal content.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure accurate training data.

Required profile

• Substantial experience in U.S. healthcare law, preferably from BigLaw or top healthcare‑focused firms.
• Deep knowledge of HIPAA, Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback Statute, and related regulatory frameworks.
• Proven ability to conduct policy analysis and contract drafting.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to regulatory detail.
