Relationship Manager (Auto and SME)

About the role

The Relationship Manager will lead loan sales activities for both general and auto loan products, driving performance across individual and team targets. This role combines strategic planning, partner development and close collaboration with recovery teams to grow the bank's loan portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor loan sales performance for general and auto loans, ensuring individual and team targets are met.
• Develop and execute strategic plans for loan products, providing coaching and training to team members.
• Act as team leader and chief marketing officer, generating pipelines and new business opportunities for the bank.
• Identify, negotiate and maintain long‑term partnerships and affiliate relationships.
• Verify and validate loan applications before submission to credit approval.
• Collaborate with the loan recovery team to ensure successful loan recoveries.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports on loan processing, approvals, disbursements, outstanding balances and overdue loans.
• Support additional tasks assigned by line managers or senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, banking, business administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, specifically credit management, credit sales and supervising sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of banking regulations and a results‑driven attitude.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven leadership, management, problem‑solving, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
