Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will lead end‑to‑end hiring activities for Chip Mong Insee Cement Corporation in Phnom Penh, ensuring the company attracts and secures qualified talent for its industrial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify workforce needs and draft or update job descriptions.
• Post vacancies on appropriate channels and screen incoming applications.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews, supporting hiring managers throughout the process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring a positive applicant experience.
• Collaborate with HR team members to prepare recruitment reports and support employer‑branding initiatives.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and align with organizational goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full recruitment cycles, preferably in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Strong job‑description development and interviewing capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, handle multiple assignments, and maintain confidentiality.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS tools.
