About the role

Legion Empire Realty is seeking a full‑time Real Estate Agent to work on‑site in Phnom Penh. The role involves managing client relationships, conducting property tours, and guiding buyers, sellers and renters through every stage of a transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up leads to generate new business.
• List and market residential and commercial properties.
• Prepare and manage transaction documentation.
• Coordinate property viewings, negotiations and closing activities.
• Stay up‑to‑date with local market trends and property valuations.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth, compliant transactions.

Required profile

• Valid real‑estate credentials and solid knowledge of real property.
• Proven experience in property listing, negotiation and closing.
• Strong sales abilities, including lead generation and pipeline management.
• Excellent customer‑service skills with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly.
• Proficiency in local market research and basic property valuation.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and travel locally for client meetings and property visits.
