QC Inspector

About the role

The QC Inspector will oversee all stages of quality inspection for garment orders, ensuring compliance with buyer requirements and safety standards. The role may also involve occasional inspection of intimates orders and supporting new factories.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct quality inspections at pre‑production, production, and final stages, including PP meetings and workshop inline checks.
• Inspect top samples and other requested samples.
• Perform factory safety audits and manage sharp‑object controls.
• Assist new factories in understanding buyer quality and packing requirements.
• Monitor production status, quality control, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze production data and provide inspection reports to cross‑functional teams.
• Handle ad‑hoc projects assigned by superiors.

Required profile

• College graduate or higher.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the garment industry.
• Strong knowledge of the complete garment production process.
• Ability to independently follow up on production quality and delivery.
• Proactive in identifying potential quality issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Pleasant personality, responsible, flexible, and good communication skills.
• Computer literate and willing to travel.
• Good command of written and read English.
