About the role
The Quality Control (QC) Specialist will work closely with the QC Manager and garment factories to ensure product quality from sampling through production and shipment. The role involves on‑site inspection, reporting and coordination with factories in Cambodia.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sample inspection and approval, and attend pre‑production meetings with factories.
- Follow up on production status on‑site, report findings, and perform trial run, inline and final inspections.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in the garment industry.
- Technical knowledge of paper patterns, fitting and sewing production.
- Ability to manage production and quality control from sampling to shipment, work independently under pressure and handle frequent overtime.
- Good command of English to understand and interpret technical documents.
