Project Support Officer – CFA (Undergraduate)

About the role
The Project Support Officer will support all aspects of IOM projects and programmes in Cambodia, working under the supervision of the Chief of Mission and the Project Development and Reporting Officer. The role contributes to the implementation of IOM’s regional and country strategies, ensuring effective project development, reporting and donor coordination.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in International Relations, Development, Migration Studies, Law or related field with at least two years of relevant experience, or a university degree with four years of experience.
- Proven experience in results‑based project development, technical writing, donor relations and grant management, preferably in the international development or humanitarian sector.
- Fluency in English (oral and written); working knowledge of another UN official language is an advantage.
Required skills
- Database applications and related computer literacy.
- Monitoring and evaluation methodologies and concepts.
- Donor report writing in humanitarian and development contexts.
