Procurement & Tender Assistant

About the role

The Procurement & Tender Assistant will support sourcing of materials, pricing, and tender preparation for a water purification company. The role involves close collaboration with engineering and supervision to ensure accurate cost data.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing material prices from local and overseas suppliers for business opportunities.
• Reviewing specifications in bidding documents and coordinating with engineering on technical details.
• Requesting quotations, gathering pricing data, and submitting cost analyses to the supervisor.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Graduated in Engineering or a related field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Flexible, adaptable, punctual and able to work under pressure with minimal guidance.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment, engineering products, spare parts and accessories.
