About the role

The Rural Development Bank (ARDB) is seeking a Senior Training Officer to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of capacity‑building programmes for bank staff and partner educators in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training plans for ARDB staff and teachers based on identified needs.
• Coordinate both in‑house and partner‑led skill‑development courses at national and international levels.
• Organise teacher‑training sessions and recruit expert trainers.
• Prepare, distribute and manage training documentation and materials.
• Collect data, monitor attendance, evaluate programme quality and issue certificates on time.
• Oversee daily operations of the training office and produce progress reports for the department head.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, Education & Training, International Relations, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in skill‑training or capacity‑building.
• Familiarity with designing and delivering both face‑to‑face and online courses.
• Strong public‑speaking and presentation abilities.
• High level of responsibility, adaptability, teamwork and a commitment to continuous learning.
