Job description

职位概况

负责制定、组织和监督物流及快递的日常运营，确保高效、准时交付，需精通柬埔寨语和中文沟通。

主要职责

制定并执行进出口、干线运输、仓储及跨境物流流程。
监控货运状态，及时解决运营问题，提升客户满意度。
协调销售、客服、仓储、海关、运输及海外代理等多部门合作。
优化路线、资源和成本，提高运营效率和盈利能力。
带领团队实现公司目标和关键绩效指标（KPI）。

任职要求

物流、供应链管理、企业管理或相关专业本科及以上学历。
至少5年物流及快递行业经验，其中2年以上管理经验。
熟悉国际及国内物流运营、海关流程及货运运输流程。
精通柬埔寨语和中文，具备优秀的领导力和沟通协调能力。

必备技能

熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件。
熟悉物流系统的操作与管理。
