About the role
Join Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra as an Occupational Nurse, providing first‑aid and medical support within a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first aid and medical treatment to staff and guests.
- Maintain first‑aid kits and order new supplies.
- Report incidents and assist the team with insurance claims.
- Deliver health‑related training and knowledge sharing to employees.
- Support daily administrative tasks in close collaboration with the People and Culture team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in an occupational nurse position.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English and Khmer.
- Service mindset with strong people skills.
