Marketing Supervisor – Pesticide Products

About the role

Forward is seeking a Marketing Supervisor to lead the promotion of its pesticide product portfolio in Cambodia. The role involves developing strategies, coordinating campaigns, and supporting sales to drive market growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans for pesticide products.
• Conduct market research, analyze customer needs, trends, and competitor activities.
• Plan and manage digital advertising, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and distribution teams for product launches and promotions.
• Monitor campaign performance, adjust tactics, and report results.
• Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources, and control expenditures.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, retailers, and agricultural organizations.
• Provide marketing support to the sales team to achieve targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitor actions.
• Prepare reports, forecasts, presentations, and updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture or related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in the pesticide or agricultural sector.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive a car.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management abilities.

• Proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media).
