Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist will join Yescar’s team in Phnom Penh to design, launch and optimise marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, drive showroom traffic and support sales growth across both digital and offline channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market research to analyse customer behaviour, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Support sales initiatives by coordinating promotions, lead‑generation activities and showroom visits.
• Manage social media accounts, online advertising and basic content creation.
• Produce marketing collateral such as brochures, ads and digital content.
• Collaborate with sales and customer‑service teams to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in market research and data‑driven decision making.
• Experience supporting sales through marketing activities.
• Ability to develop strategies that align with business objectives and strengthen brand positioning in the automotive sector.
• Customer‑service orientation with a professional approach to inquiries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry or retail environment in Cambodia is a plus.
