Marketing Manager – Lead Strategy & Campaigns

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead ZANDO Group’s marketing initiatives across its portfolio of fashion retail brands in Cambodia. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will shape strategy, drive campaigns and enhance the company’s market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies and tactics aligned with business goals.
• Plan, launch and manage organic and paid campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other social channels.
• Produce engaging content for the website and social media pages to attract and retain customers.
• Organise and coordinate events, promotions and brand activations as needed.
• Monitor competitors, analyse market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources efficiently and report on spend.
• Oversee creation and approval of all marketing materials, including banners, artworks and case studies.
• Measure campaign performance, generate insights and present results to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with agencies, influencers, vendors and key industry partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience designing and executing marketing campaigns and strategies.
• Strong background in digital marketing, social media and content creation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Adobe Suite (a plus).
