Marketing Manager – Chemical Industry

About the role

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies that drive growth, brand awareness and customer acquisition for our chemical manufacturing and distribution business in Phnom Penh. The role is full‑time, on‑site and works closely with sales and operations to ensure consistent, compliant messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns (digital and traditional) to support product launches and market expansion.
• Manage the creation of marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, web copy and promotional materials.
• Oversee digital channels including social media, email marketing and basic analytics, monitoring performance and optimizing spend.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis, translating insights into actionable plans.
• Coordinate with sales, operations and leadership to align messaging and support sales initiatives.
• Track campaign results, manage budgets and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing strategy, campaign planning and brand management within B2B or industrial sectors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• Familiarity with the chemical, manufacturing or industrial environment and related safety/regulatory requirements is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Khmer or other regional languages is beneficial.
