Loan Product & Operations Manager

About the role

The Loan Product & Operations Manager will lead the development and management of Mango Finance’s consumer and vehicle loan products, overseeing pricing, policy, system setup and operational execution. The role also ensures smooth GPS installation, vehicle plate registration and ownership transfer processes.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage consumer/vehicle loan products, including pricing, tenure, interest, fees and credit criteria; prepare financial simulations and competitor benchmarks.
• Coordinate system setup and UAT, monitor loan approval, disbursement, yield, delinquency and portfolio quality.
• Oversee GPS installation, activation, inventory and vendor coordination; support collections with GPS data.
• Manage plate registration and ownership‑transfer cases, maintain trackers, control documentation and resolve delays.
• Support loan‑process improvements, LOS/MIS workflow, vendor management and cross‑functional projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in banking, micro‑finance, consumer finance or vehicle leasing, with product and lending‑operations exposure.
• Strong analytical, coordination and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial modelling and portfolio monitoring.
