Learning and Development Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Learning and Development Supervisor to lead the design, delivery and evaluation of training programmes that boost employee growth and support our business objectives. Based on‑site in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position works closely with department heads and HR to create a culture of continuous learning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments and analyse learning metrics.
• Design curricula, develop training materials and coordinate training schedules.
• Deliver or facilitate training sessions and ensure consistent training standards.
• Track programme effectiveness through data collection and feedback, and recommend improvements.
• Coach team members and support talent development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with leaders and HR to align learning initiatives with business goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical, communication, program development and team‑management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in learning and development, corporate training or HR within a fast‑growing organisation.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with learning management or e‑learning platforms.
