Key Account Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager who is fluent in Chinese to lead our sales activities for construction‑chemical solutions in Cambodia. The role focuses on managing key projects, building strong relationships with Chinese‑speaking clients and driving revenue growth for our admixture, coating and waterproofing product lines.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow Chinese‑language accounts across construction companies, applicators, consultants, developers and related industries.
• Promote and sell admixture, protective coating, waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair, grouting and PU/TPU solutions.
• Provide technical support and develop tailored sales strategies and action plans.
• Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and reports.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and minimise bad debt.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align with the company’s vision and mission.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in construction materials or chemical solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and customer‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, especially in Chinese and English.
• Ability to manage conflicts, work collaboratively and achieve targets.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction‑chemical products (admixture, coating, waterproofing, PU/TPU).
