Internal Business Control Specialist

About the role

Huawei is seeking an Internal Business Control Specialist to strengthen internal control processes across its operations. The role focuses on identifying risks, optimizing control tools, and fostering a culture of compliance within the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Organize internal control owners to identify domain‑specific risk lists and develop long‑term control objectives.
• Utilize and improve internal control tools (e.g., CT, PR) to execute projects, extract high‑risk samples, and recommend design and execution improvements.
• Lead SACA reporting for the assigned region, monitor overall control status, and support directors in fulfilling control responsibilities.
• Assist directors in building internal control capabilities and promote a proactive control mindset among managers and employees.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Fluent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Strong knowledge of internal control methodologies and risk management principles.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and cross‑departmental collaboration abilities.
