Industrial Engineer – Manufacturing & Process Optimization

About the role

The Many Industrial role at Starts (Cambodia) Corporation is a full‑time position based in Phnom Penh with a hybrid work arrangement. You will support industrial operations and projects, applying industrial engineering principles to improve processes and efficiency in manufacturing‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze operational data, identify improvement areas, and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams in property development and industrial initiatives.
• Coordinate and deliver training on industrial best practices and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication with management and external partners.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Industrial engineering background with experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within property development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and adapt to changing project requirements.

Required skills

• Industrial engineering and manufacturing process design.
• Training development and delivery for operational and safety programs.
• Proficiency with productivity tools and basic data analysis software.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies.
