HR Officer – Tboung Khmum

About the role

A full-time permanent HR Officer position in Tboung Khmum, Cambodia, covering recruitment, employee administration, payroll, performance management, staff relations and HR systems. Key responsibilities

• Recruitment and hiring: prepare job announcements and job descriptions, post openings on social media channels such as Telegram, Facebook and TikTok, review applications and interview candidates.
• Onboarding and administration: manage employee registration, keep attendance and work records, track leave and days off, and handle contracts in line with company policy.
• Payroll and compensation: calculate salaries, overtime pay and bonuses, and oversee the payroll system for accuracy and timeliness.
• Performance and policy: monitor work performance, run staff evaluations, support promotions and transfers, and enforce internal rules and workplace discipline.
• Staff relations and welfare: organise staff meetings, foster team collaboration and support communication between management and employees.
• HR systems and reporting: maintain structured HR databases and prepare regular reports for upper management on HR activities and metrics.
