HR Executive Officer

About the role

The HR Executive Officer will lead core HR administration functions, ensuring smooth recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with local labour regulations. This role supports the organization’s growth by delivering effective HR services and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, address issues, and resolve conflicts.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labour laws and related regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
• Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with department managers to identify HR needs and propose solutions.
• Prepare and review employment contracts and employee satisfaction surveys.
• Perform other HR tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian labour laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and confidentiality skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
