General Manager Operations

About the role

The General Manager Operations is a full‑time, on‑site position in Phnom Penh, overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery, workflow alignment, and compliance with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coach operational teams, monitor performance metrics, and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with sales and service departments to align processes and improve response times.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and cost control while implementing process improvements.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and high customer satisfaction levels.
• Report regularly to senior leadership on operational performance.

Required profile

• Strong general management skills including leadership, strategic planning, and decision‑making.
• Proven experience in operations management and process improvement within an automotive or related environment.
• Team management experience with coaching, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Solid budgeting and financial management abilities.
• Customer‑service orientation with a track record of improving satisfaction and service quality.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
