Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will be based on‑site in Kien Svay, Cambodia, and will lead the company’s day‑to‑day financial operations. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash‑flow management and supports pricing decisions for farm and processed‑food products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals, including forecasts, budgets and cost analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure accurate reporting of income, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Lead the budgeting process, monitor performance, analyse variances and identify cost‑reduction opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations, coordinate with external auditors and handle tax planning and filing.
• Manage cash flow and treasury functions, optimise working capital and maintain banking relationships.
• Supervise and mentor a small finance team, providing insights to senior management and fostering financial discipline.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business; professional certification (CPA, ACCA) is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of financial management experience, preferably in manufacturing, agriculture or FMCG in Cambodia.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodian tax laws and financial regulations.
• Fluency in English and Khmer with excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP finance systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modelling.
• Financial modelling and variance analysis.
• General ledger management and financial statement preparation.
• Knowledge of tax compliance and statutory reporting.
