Finance & Accounts Executive – Cambodia

About the role

The Finance & Accounts Executive will support FairDeal Cambodia’s daily financial operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, cash management, tax compliance and coordination with the Head Office and principal partners. The role requires a detail‑oriented professional with solid experience in accounting processes and ERP systems.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and report payment plans, cash flow and daily financial activities.
• Prepare bank reconciliations, process bank transfers and maintain cash, cheque and bank records using the ERP accounting system.
• Handle accounting transactions, ensure proper supporting documentation and record approved payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual tax documentation and coordinate submissions with the Head Office.
• Manage daily cash receipts and payments, including cash closing and denomination records.
• Conduct monthly physical stock counts and reconcile inventory with accounting records.
• Perform month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entries, pre‑payments, depreciation and accruals.
• Calculate fixed‑asset depreciation, customs duties and prepare related reports.
• Support HR and payroll functions such as recruitment proposals, attendance review and payroll assistance.
• Prepare sales, inventory and outstanding‑balance reports for principal partners.

Required profile

• Detail‑oriented and experienced in finance and accounting operations.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with the Head Office and external partners.
• Strong organizational skills for handling multiple financial tasks and deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency with an ERP accounting system.
