Factory Accountant – Urgent (up to $1,000)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Factory Accountant to join our team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You will support factory operations by ensuring accurate and timely financial management.

Key responsibilities

• Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Maintain ledgers for factory costs, inventories and expenditures.
• Monitor budgets and assist with payroll calculations.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Collaborate with factory management and other departments to provide financial insights.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and cost accounting in a manufacturing environment.
• Relevant education in Accounting, Finance or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
• Experience in factory or manufacturing accounting preferred.
• Familiarity with Cambodian tax and labour regulations is beneficial.
• High level of integrity, reliability and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with accounting software.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, reconciliation and report preparation.
