Environmental Sustainability Specialist – Supply Chain

About the role

The Environmental Sustainability Specialist will support Bureau Veritas Cambodia in monitoring and improving environmental performance across textile supply chains. You will work closely with factories, third‑party auditors and Inditex to ensure compliance with local regulations and global sustainability standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review environmental audit reports from programs such as pre‑assessment and Green To Wear.
• Track corrective actions and follow‑up on environmental issues.
• Provide technical clarification on chemicals management, wastewater, energy and water consumption to supply‑chain partners.
• Coordinate environmental follow‑up between factories, third parties and Inditex.
• Monitor decarbonisation progress, especially in dyeing and printing facilities.
• Assist in preparing and delivering environmental training activities for the supply chain.

Required profile

• Experience in environmental sustainability services, preferably within textile manufacturing or supply chains.
• Technical familiarity with carbon emissions, energy, water, waste and chemicals, and relevant local regulations.
• Ability to work in both Chinese and English.
• Proficiency in data consolidation and reporting using standard office tools.
