Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. You will support the creation and execution of digital campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency and driving engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing plans and campaigns.
• Manage daily content on Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Create engaging posts, short videos, reels, and promotional materials.
• Support planning and execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal activities.
• Help manage paid advertising campaigns, monitoring budgets, reach, engagement and results.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular metric reports.
• Analyze campaign outcomes and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Graphic Design, E‑Commerce and other teams for timely execution.
• Schedule content and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Monitor competitors, trends and new digital opportunities.
• Respond to customer engagement on social media when needed.
• Assist with photo/video shoots and basic video editing using tools such as CapCut and Canva.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing activities.
• Creative, proactive, responsible and eager to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail, FMCG or e‑commerce is a plus.
