Customer Service Specialist

About the role

Chip Mong Bank is seeking a full‑time, on‑site Customer Service Specialist in Phnom Penh. You will interact with customers in‑person, by phone and through digital channels, delivering accurate and courteous assistance on banking products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and requests across multiple channels, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist with account‑related issues, resolve complaints, and guide customers through banking procedures and digital platforms.
• Document interactions, maintain high service standards, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
• Support initiatives aimed at improving overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong customer support and service skills with a professional approach to diverse inquiries.
• Excellent phone etiquette, clear communication, and good interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, adapt to a fast‑paced environment and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Basic understanding of banking products; prior experience in financial services or customer‑facing roles is a plus.
