Operational Specialist – Golf Operations

About the role

The Operational Specialist supports daily golf operations at Grand Royal Golf & Resorts, ensuring smooth service delivery across club facilities and consistent guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Track operational performance and prepare regular reports for management.
• Assist with scheduling, resource allocation and coordination of F&B, sales and reservations teams.
• Support implementation of operational policies, procedures and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Identify operational risks, propose practical solutions and monitor project progress.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve operational issues.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision‑making.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective collaboration with internal teams.
• Sales‑related experience to support revenue‑generating activities and upselling.
• Operations management expertise to coordinate daily activities and maintain service standards.
• Project management capability to assist in planning and monitoring initiatives.
• Relevant experience in hospitality, leisure or golf club operations is beneficial.
• Organizational talent, attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficiency with office software such as spreadsheets, presentation tools and operational reporting systems.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays and other operational hours as needed.
