Content Producer (Video Shooting, Editing & Publishing)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content Producer to lead the end‑to‑end production of short‑form video content for our digital platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong video shooting and editing skills with a deep understanding of Facebook, TikTok and YouTube distribution algorithms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, edit and publish short‑form videos for company projects and commercial clients.
• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing milestones and local market trends.
• Manage and grow social media accounts on Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, optimizing videos for each platform.
• Collaborate with the Content Department and other teams to refine scripts, gather assets and ensure high‑quality output.
• Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement) and continuously improve content to drive inquiries and site visits.

Required profile

• Cambodian nationality with proficient Chinese language communication skills.
• Diploma or higher; experience in video editing or multimedia production preferred.
• Strong aesthetic sense and awareness of short‑form video trends.
• Detail‑oriented, responsible and able to meet deadlines while working in a team.

Required skills

• Video shooting and editing.
• Proficiency with at least one editing tool such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or DaVinci Resolve.
• Familiarity with Facebook, TikTok and YouTube algorithms and content distribution logic.
• Experience with Adobe After Effects is a plus.
