Digital Marketing Executive/Supervisor

About the role

The Executive/Supervisor: Digital Marketing is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Phnom Penh. This position oversees digital marketing campaigns across various online channels to strengthen brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and executing digital marketing strategies across multiple online channels.
• Managing paid media and social media activities to boost brand awareness.
• Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing content and targeting.
• Coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
• Supervising digital marketing calendars, budgets and aligning them with overall business objectives.
• Mentoring team members and preparing regular performance reports.
• Contributing to innovative initiatives that support growth and sustainability goals.

Required profile

• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and continuous optimization.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
• Media planning expertise to allocate budgets and schedule campaigns efficiently.
• Digital strategy experience to design integrated online marketing plans.
• Project management ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Relevant experience in digital marketing, social media management, and online advertising in B2B or industrial sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Analytics and other digital analytics tools.
• Knowledge of social media insights platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO techniques.
• Understanding of SEM practices.
