Business Development Manager – Food & Beverage

About the role

Lead business development for the Food & Beverage sector in Cambodia, driving growth through strategic sales plans and strong customer relationships. The role works closely with sales, technical and customer service teams to deliver value‑added solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies to meet sales targets in Cambodia.
• Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within targeted market segments.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Manage the sales pipeline from opportunity identification to contract closure.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, business plans and market reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in food science, food engineering, chemical or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales or business development within food, beverage, dairy or alcohol industries.
• Strong understanding of Food & Beverage manufacturing processes.
• Results‑oriented with a high sense of drive and urgency.

Required skills

• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with CRM tools.
