Business Development Intern – Cambodia

About the role

Join TRG International as a Business Development Intern in Cambodia and support our sales and project teams. You will gain hands‑on experience in project administration, client interaction, and data management while working in a multicultural environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with basic project administration and coordination, including meeting preparation, note‑taking, and action tracking.
• Organise and maintain project documents and provide Khmer language support when required.
• Support Account Managers and Senior Sales Executives with paperwork and admin tasks throughout the sales cycle.
• Enter and update customer and opportunity data in the CRM system, ensuring accuracy.
• Format documents, manage files, and support the senior intern or junior project support resource.
• Complete assigned tasks under supervision and contribute to team objectives.

Required profile

• University student or recent graduate.
• Fluent in Khmer; able to communicate in basic business English.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using basic office tools.

Required skills

• CRM data entry and management.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
