Brand Manager - Bodia Apothecary
Bodia · Phnom Penh
Job description
About the role
Bodia Apothecary is a single global brand serving both the Cambodian local market and international markets, with the same product range and pricing logic. The Brand Manager owns the brand end to end, from image and product development to the 4Ps, and reports to the Marketing Director in Phnom Penh. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, with regular international travel.
Key responsibilities
- Own the brand image, positioning, visual identity, messaging and pricing across both markets, with international standards as the reference
- Manage the Cambodian boutiques, spas and exclusive resellers, keeping local pricing and promotions accessible while protecting the brand's premium positioning
- Collect local market feedback and feed it into global product and brand decisions
- Lead international growth: resellers, concept stores, spas, distributors and online presence, and coordinate with the France warehouse and international logistics partners
- Plan shipments from the Phnom Penh factory to the France warehouse and ensure packaging, labels and claims meet EU cosmetics regulations
- Study and prepare the opening of boutiques abroad and represent Bodia at international trade shows
- Arbitrate between local and international needs on product specs, formats and pricing, always favouring the international trajectory
- Negotiate commercial offers for international clients and partner with Sales Operations, the Visual Merchandiser Manager and the Customer Relations Manager
- Grow the brand on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest, design influencer partnerships and own the marketing and commercial budget
- Define monthly KPIs (sales, new accounts, stock rotation, social growth) and report to management
Required profile
- Proven experience in international sales or international business development; a strong international sales background is preferred over a marketing-only profile
- Good understanding of export logistics and stock management (imports/exports, warehousing, forecasting)
- Fluent English, written and spoken; Khmer and French are a plus
- Willingness to travel and work across Cambodia and international markets
- Strong assets: marketing or digital marketing experience, background in beauty, skincare, wellness or retail brands, and a network of distributors or retailers in Europe or Asia
What we offer
- Salary based on experience
- Group insurance policy and annual bonus
- Seniority, NSSFS, special discount on products and spa services
- Annual leave, public holidays, day off and sick leave, maternity leave in line with Cambodian labour law
