Brand and Merchandising Supervisor

About the role

The Brand and Merchandising Supervisor will lead the planning, creation and execution of brand visibility, merchandising, POSM and branded merchandise initiatives across key consumer and trade touchpoints for Vattanac Brewery. The role ensures that all brand materials are delivered with high quality, consistency, creativity and alignment with the company’s brand identity and marketing strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage development, adaptation, production and implementation of brand assets across products, outlets, events and consumer touchpoints.
• Maintain an organized library of approved artworks, logos, guidelines, templates and brand materials.
• Lead branding and decoration execution for outlets, events, activations and other assigned projects.
• Oversee the concept, design, sampling, production and delivery of branded merchandise and promotional items.
• Coordinate development, production and implementation of POSM and visibility materials such as posters, banners, standees, wobblers, stickers and displays.
• Conduct field and outlet checks to ensure proper placement, visibility and compliance with brand standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers, production houses, agencies and contractors to meet specifications, quality, cost and timeline.
• Monitor project budgets, manage quotations, production schedules, quality checks and documentation, and prepare regular performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Graphic Design or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, trade marketing, merchandising, POSM, branding, events or marketing operations, preferably in FMCG, beverage or consumer goods.
