About the role
SUEZ Consulting is looking for a dynamic Bid Manager to support its Commercial Team across the Asia‑Pacific region. Working remotely from Phnom Penh, you will report to the Director for Asia Pacific and collaborate closely with the Head of the Bid Unit in Brussels.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor upcoming projects and identify bid opportunities.
- Prepare pre‑qualification documentation.
- Oversee and coordinate the preparation of comprehensive proposals, including all administrative components.
- Develop the required technical documentation for bids.
- Foster and manage strategic partnerships to strengthen bid competitiveness.
Required profile
- Dynamic professional with experience in bid management or proposal preparation.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining strong communication with international teams.
- Fluent in English and comfortable collaborating across cultures.
- Strong commercial awareness and interest in environmental and engineering solutions.
