Job description
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze BESS/Power Plant performance using EMS/SCADA.
- Analyze SoH, SoC, RTE, PR, temperature, and degradation trends.
- Prepare performance reports and identify operational issues.
- Support root cause analysis and recommend performance improvements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Maintenance & Site teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Power Engineering, Renewable Energy, Energy Systems, or related fields.
- 1–3 years’ experience in BESS, power systems, SCADA/EMS, or data analysis.
- Strong problem‑solving and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
