Assistant Security Manager

About the role

Luxcity Hotel & Apartment is seeking an Assistant Security Manager to oversee security operations across the property. You will protect guests, employees and assets, lead emergency response and ensure compliance with Cambodian regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, guest floors, public areas, parking, back‑of‑house and external zones while supervising the CCTV control room.
• Manage key control, ID cards, visitor passes and parking for guests and staff.
• Act as Incident Commander during emergencies, coordinate with police, fire services and hospitals, and prepare incident reports.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, implement preventive measures and oversee loss‑prevention initiatives.
• Recruit, train, schedule and supervise security officers, hold daily briefings and provide first‑aid, fire‑safety and de‑escalation training.
• Maintain compliance with Cambodian safety, labour and security regulations, manage permits, inspection reports and the security budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in security, with 1–2 years in a supervisory role within hospitality.
• Knowledge of emergency response, incident investigation and local safety regulations.
• First‑aid, CPR and fire‑safety certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong report‑writing ability and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both spoken and written.
