Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing

About the role

The Assistant Brand Manager – Marketing will support the development and execution of brand and marketing plans for Khmer Beverages' key beverage portfolio. Based in Phnom Penh, this full‑time position works on‑site with cross‑functional teams to drive brand growth and ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning and launching marketing campaigns for flagship products.
• Coordinate with creative and media agencies to produce marketing assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and presentations.
• Conduct market and consumer research, analyse sales data, and identify growth opportunities.
• Manage marketing materials, support digital and social media activities, and organise events and promotions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Production, and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in brand management, campaign planning and promotional activities.
• Experience with market research, data analysis and interpreting consumer insights.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh and thrive in a fast‑paced FMCG environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
